What’s a Pub Run?

Pub runs are one of our most popular activities! We meet up for a casual run (usually 3-5 miles) and finish at a local pub where we enjoy food, drinks, and great conversation. It’s the perfect way to:

  • Stay active while being social
  • Explore local establishments
  • Meet new friends in a relaxed setting
  • Reward yourself after a good run!

Schedule

Every Wednesday at 6:00 PM

We rotate through local pubs and restaurants. All paces welcome - we typically have a faster group (7:30-8:30/mile) and a more social group (9:00-11:00/mile).

What to Expect

  1. Meet Up: Arrive 15 minutes early to warm up and meet other runners
  2. Group Photo: We take a quick group photo before heading out
  3. The Run: Choose your pace group and enjoy the run
  4. Cool Down: Brief stretching when we return
  5. Social Time: Head into the pub for food and drinks (optional but encouraged!)

Pub Run Guidelines

  • All paces welcome - We never leave anyone behind
  • Weather: We run rain or shine (unless conditions are dangerous)
  • Attire: Reflective gear required for evening runs
  • ID Required: Must be 21+ to enter pubs after the run
  • Cost: The run is free; food and drinks are on you
